First, thank you so much for supporting small business and buying handmade!

If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email and we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation. Please remember each piece is custom made just for you! We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to do what we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

There are no refunds or exchanges on gift cards or sale items.

 

 

SHIPPING


Orders are put into production in the order that they are received. We ship as soon as your personalized piece is completed. It can take up to six weeks to ship your order, but usually takes less. KnitsyKnits is not responsible for return shipping fees. That means, you've got to get it back to us on your dime, but in the event of an exchange, KnitsyKnits will cover the replacement back to you. There is a small handling fee to cover packaging costs, but shipping is the actual price UPS charges.
